3. Submit a Price Match Request

   • Fill out our Price Match Request Form online or contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide the following information:
     • Your name and contact information
     • The product details (brand, model number, etc.)
     • The competitor's name and website link where the lower price was found
     • Proof of the lower price (e.g., a screenshot or advertisement)

4. Review and Approval

   • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once verified, we will match the competitor’s price.

5. Enjoy Your Savings

   • Upon approval, we will adjust the price of your item and process your purchase at the lower price. If you've already purchased the item, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

Terms and Conditions

• The Price Match Guarantee applies to identical items only.
• The item must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer with the item priced in the same currency.
• The lower price must not include promotional codes, loyalty discounts, clearance, or liquidation sales.
• Price matches are not valid on bundled offers, financing offers, or special promotions.
