- Not be damaged or used
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- Be in its original packaging
All safes customized through the selection of paint, hardware color, locking mechanism, graphic scenes, or other changes that make the safe unique are subject to the 25% restocking fee if the order is canceled for any reason once work on its construction has begun.
