I purchased the 33 gun version of the Browning Rawhide safe and delivery was uneventful. I rented a pallet jack and was able to easily move it through the house to get it to its final home. Removing the safe from the pallet wasn't very difficult although it was on "feet" instead of bolted to the pallet like you see on YouTube. These feet had to be unscrewed and added a complexity I wasn't prepared for - however instructions were included. I just moved slowly and methodically and I did take special care when moving it across my hardwood floors to make sure that I didn't leave any scratches. I know, everyone says that its a two person job however I was able to get it all done without any help. I just had to be thoughtful.
GunsafeAmeica was easy to work with and very responsive each time I reached out... I typically had a response within a few minutes and I'd definitely buy a safe from them in the future.
With all that shared, I have two recommendations if you're thinking about buying.
1. I paid for basic delivery and this just gets it to your property line. I was able to talk the delivery driver into driving up my long driveway to get it to my door. He really didn't have to do that and I was prepared with my tractor and 3pt. pallet forks. I'd pay for the upgraded delivery if I did it again.
2. That safe was heavy and I moved slowly. I'd recommend having a friend if you purchase a larger safe - or you could simply pay for the white glove delivery.
I did feel that my approach worked well for me and I enjoyed saving a good bit of money by doing it myself.
